Creamsicles, those frozen orange Popsicles with the cream-filled center, were wildly popular when I was a kid, but they were filled with questionable ingredients. Now you can make your own in drinkable form.

SERVES 2 (MAY BE EASILY DOUBLED)

1 cup (76g) vanilla ice cream
2 clementines, peeled, strings and as much clingy white pith removed as possible
1/2 cup (120ml) milk

Combine the ice cream, clementines, and milk in a blender and blend until frothy and completely smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve.
